I used Rose Cart to quickly order a wreath for a funeral. I called as I had some questions. Ali was quick to answer my MANY phone calls and provide me all of the information I needed. Ali accommodated my requests and created a very nice finished product with all of my requests met. I would recommend Rose Cart.

Ordered twice from this store. 1 for reserving a bunch of long-stemmed roses and 1 for buying the plant in the photo on the spot. A very nice lady tended to my rose order. She patiently and professionally took my order and showed me actually examples of the flowers that would go with the roses. Another nice gentleman tended to my 2nd order and he went above and beyond by adding a rose to the plant as he heard it was for a romantic occasion. Extremely satisfied with their service and highly recommended.

Ali was very warm and helpful when I first came in. I can tell he is very passionate about the business and has a lot of experience in the flower industry. Location-wise, the shop is easy to find; parking is not a problem as it is connected to a large plaza. The shop itself is very organized, clean, and carries everything like cards, stuffed animals, and pre-made arrangements in fridges that look very fresh and lovely. Alex Arbadi of Rose Cart created the most exquisite tall orchid with succulents at its base for my retirement from Gate of Heaven Catholic Cemetery in Los Gatos. I highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a fantastic floral arrangement! I showed up unannounced and the owner was able to immediately make me an arrangement exactly as I needed! The pricing is very reasonable for the service that is provided.

Great local flower shop that takes back its vases. Alas as of 2022 it still uses floral foam which is a horrific source of micro plastic pollution and toxins. Floral foam has been banned by The Royal Horticultural Society from 2021 onwards because of its environmental impact.

I recently moved to the bay and I had a date on valentines week, I figured some roses would be a nice gesture. First of all I dont know first thing about flowers and I left off work late and barely made it to the store right around the time where they close. The florist Ali however was very nice and did not rush me at all instead he made me feel right at home and when I told him what I wanted flowers for he went out of his way during closing hours and explored different options and arrangements for me. He had excellent service and very kind mannerism. I very highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely visit any time I need flowers.

Going to Rose Cart always brings me joy! They have very nice flowers and I especially enjoy getting to know the very special owner. My husband ordered beautiful bouquets to be delivered from Rose Cart and now, I go there for my girlfriends' birthdays or even for myself. Today I got a really nice bouquet with white roses, gerberas (daisies), gypsophila (baby breath), mums, and more for less than $20 tax included. Don't miss it!

I went to Rose Cart in person for a pickup order, and despite only placing my online order an hour before, they have the bountiful bouquet ready for me! They also offerred me extras on the house to make the gift extra special, and took the time to make sure the bouquet additions were trimmed and tastefully added. Ali was also super nice and helpful!

My order was supposed to be delivered between 12pm and 3pm on 4/21/21. Which I paid for. It arrived at 7:02pm. It also was sent in the wrong basket that was pictured, and the ribbon that goes around the basket was missing, along with the little butterfly that was supposed to be on top of the flowers was missing. I do not recommend this florist, for any purchases. On 4/29/21 Rose Cart sent the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen in a very long time. They did it as a courtesy for the 4/21/21 delivery. My daughter was thrilled with them. Great customer service!!! Thank You very much Rose Cart. :)

I highly recommend Rose Cart Florist ! A few months ago I received a floral arrangement from this florist - it had the most beautiful selection of flowers perfectly arranged in a beautiful vase. I immediately took note of their phone number so that I could send high quality flowers to my family and friends when I wish to cheer them up or express my love for them with a floral arrangement. I really get the feeling that this florist really cares about their customers.

I was planning for a pregnancy photo shoot and wanted a flower crown. My outfit was white gold and black, and all the other places I called told me they would only be able to make a white crown. When I called Rose Cart, Ali answered and immediately asked me to send him pictures of what I wanted. Samin did an absolutely beautiful job of making my flower crown and spray painted flowers for me to look gorgeous with my outfit!!! She even came to my house to resize the crown for me. Excellent customer service and beautiful work!!!

This is one of the nicest bouquets that I have ever received. The bouquet is completely filled with very nice quality flowers and they are very fresh flowers. I received the bouquet on Thursday and the flowers are as fresh looking today as they were on Thursday. I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this florist for a quality bouquet that will please anyone!! My daughters sent me this bouquet because I have been so stressed out with work. It totally brought a smile to my face and the and the sweet fragrance from the flowers fills my office. I wanted to offer something really special to my girlfriend for her birthday but had no idea of how to make a special basket , Steven from Rosecart helped me a lot putting this gift basket together with the products I brought him. (I literally just brought him the little bottles of liquor) It was a unique and artistic gift, I really appreciate his work. I came back for it after 20 min and it was ready. They went above and beyond with the flowers we ordered for a clients wedding! We wanted something that symbolizes love an eternity. We went with the White hear and peach flowers, they let us know that this was for a funeral but with a few more modifications they transformed it to something beautiful. Instead of peach roses, they went with Red ones and made a smaller heart with them in the center. I wish I had a picture but i'm sure it looked beautiful! I definitely would recommend them and more Ali! he was very helpful and amazing.
