I choose this florist because it is several streets away from my house. My uncle funeral was scheduled at morning 8:30 in after Memorial long weekend. I ordered three flower baskets from their website and i left vm to inform them about delivery information. I was anxious about delivery because of such early schedule. Funeral office said they usually only receive flower delivery on the day. The florist owner Ali called me few times and told me he will contact to funeral office and ask me not worry about it. Ali also provided one roll of ribbon and pins in case we need to write something on that . On that day, three beautiful flower baskets were perfectly placed in the hall. The ceremony was heartwarming and tranquil . Ali, you are the one whom customer can trust. Thank you very much for thoughtful arrangements.

A very nice lady tended to my rose order. She patiently and professionally took my order and showed me actually examples of the flowers that would go with the roses.
Another nice gentleman tended to my 2nd order and he went above and beyond by adding a rose to the plant as he heard it was for a romantic occasion.

Ali was very warm and helpful when I first came in. I can tell he is very passionate about the business and has a lot of experience in the flower industry. Location-wise, the shop is easy to find; parking is not a problem as it is connected to a large plaza. Great local flower shop that takes back its vases. Alas as of 2022 it still uses floral foam which is a horrific source of micro plastic pollution and toxins. Floral foam has been banned by The Royal Horticultural Society from 2021 onwards because of its environmental impact.

I recently moved to the bay and I had a date on valentines week, I figured some roses would be a nice gesture. First of all I dont know first thing about flowers and I left off work late and barely made it to the store right around the time where they close. The florist Ali however was very nice and did not rush me at all instead he made me feel right at home and when I told him what I wanted flowers for he went out of his way during closing hours and explored different options and arrangements for me. He had excellent service and very kind mannerism. I very highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely visit any time I need flowers.

I went to Rose Cart in person for a pickup order, and despite only placing my online order an hour before, they have the bountiful bouquet ready for me!
They also offerred me extras on the house to make the gift extra special, and took the time to make sure the bouquet additions were trimmed and tastefully added. Ali was also super nice and helpful!

My order was supposed to be delivered between 12pm and 3pm on 4/21/21. Which I paid for. It arrived at 7:02pm. It also was sent in the wrong basket that was pictured, and the ribbon that goes around the basket was missing, along with the little butterfly that was supposed to be on top of the flowers was missing. I do not recommend this florist, for any purchases. On 4/29/21 Rose Cart sent the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen in a very long time. They did it as a courtesy for the 4/21/21 delivery. I was planning for a pregnancy photo shoot and wanted a flower crown. My outfit was white gold and black, and all the other places I called told me they would only be able to make a white crown. When I called Rose Cart, Ali answered and immediately asked me to send him pictures of what I wanted. Samin did an absolutely beautiful job of making my flower crown and spray painted flowers for me to look gorgeous with my outfit!!! She even came to my house to resize the crown for me. This is one of the nicest bouquets that I have ever received. The bouquet is completely filled with very nice quality flowers and they are very fresh flowers. They went above and beyond with the flowers we ordered for a clients wedding! We wanted something that symbolizes love an eternity. We went with the White hear and peach flowers, they let us know that this was for a funeral but with a few more modifications they transformed it to something beautiful. Instead of peach roses, they went with Red ones and made a smaller heart with them in the center. I wish I had a picture but i'm sure it looked beautiful! I definitely would recommend them and more Ali! he was very helpful and amazing.
